5．電氣特性(Electrical performance) 

5.1 測試條件(Testing Ambient) 測試條件都應(yīng)在下列大氣條件下進(jìn)行： All tests should be carried out under the following conditions： -溫度(Surrounding temperature)：15℃～35℃; -相對濕度(Relative humidity)：45%～75%； -大氣壓力(Atmosphere pressure)：8.6x10 4 Pa～1.06x10 5 6.2 時間/電流特性(Time-Current Characteristic)

5.3 承載電流能力(Carrying current capacity) 23±1℃時，通以1.1倍額定電流4小時，熔斷器不熔斷； 23±1℃degrees,with 1.1 times the rated current for 4h ours,the insurance tube fuse 

5.4 耐久性試驗(Endurance test) 1）對保險絲通過 1.05 倍額定電流 1 小時，然后切斷 15 分鐘，重復(fù)此循環(huán) 100 次。 A current 1.05 In is passed through the fuse-link for a period of 1h.The current is then switched off for a period of 15 min.The cycle is repeated 100 times. 2）然后對熔斷體通以 1.15 倍額定電流 1 小時。 A current 1.15In is then passed through the fuse-link for 1h. 3）測量熔斷體兩端的電壓降，試驗后，熔斷體兩端的電壓降的增大量不大于試驗 前測得值的 10%。 Finally,the voltage drop across the fuse-link is measured.The voltage drop across the fuse-link after the test shall not have increased by more than 10% of the value measured before the test. 4）試驗后，標(biāo)記仍應(yīng)清晰可辨，而且諸如端帽上的焊點不應(yīng)出現(xiàn)任何明顯的劣變。 After the test,the marking shall still be legible and soldered joints on end caps,for example,shall not show and appreciable deterioration. 

5.5 溫升 Temperature rising 在 23±1℃條件下，通以 1.1 倍額定電流，達(dá)到熱平衡后，高保殼體**的溫 升＜60K，端蓋溫升＜85K。 After the fuse is through 1.1-times rated current under the condition of 23±1℃ to reach a heat balance, the temperature rising of glass tube center is ＜ 60K, the temperature rising of terminal cover is＜85K. 

5.6 冷熱沖擊試驗 Temperature shock test 熔斷器于 85±2℃/3h，-25±2℃/3h 為一循環(huán)周期，重復(fù) 5 次，熔斷器不得有斷， 表面不應(yīng)有裂紋等其它缺陷，并符合導(dǎo)線強(qiáng)度要求。 High voltage shall be at 85+2℃/3H;-25+2℃/3H for one week,repeat 5 times; The surface shall n ot have the other defects such as cracks and be complied with the requirements of lead wire streng th and vibration test. 

5.7 分?jǐn)嗄芰?/span>(Breaking capacity) 1）每一次測試，保險管能安全動作，不能出現(xiàn)以下現(xiàn)象： In each of the tests, the fuse-link shall operate satisfactorily without any of the following phenomena: -持續(xù)電弧; -permanent arcing; -引燃; -ignition; -保險管**; -Bursting of the fuse-link.

6.安全測試(Safety test) 1) 高壓擊穿試驗(High-voltage breakdown test) 熔斷后的保險絲,在保險絲兩端加 8KVAC 保持 1 分鐘都不會出現(xiàn)擊穿現(xiàn)象。 8KVAC shall be applied at both end of the fuse for 1 minute, the fuse after breaking shall not be breakdown. 2) 絕緣電阻(Insulation resistance) 測試絕緣電阻應(yīng)≥100MΩ（500VDC） Test of insulation resistance should be greater than or equal to≥100MΩ(500VDC). 3) 端子與外殼間 8KVAC/3S/5mA，無擊穿閃絡(luò)。 8KVAC/3S/5mA between terminal and outside case shall no breakdown and flicker. -55 -35 -15 5 25 45 65 85 105 125 120% 110% 100% 90% 80% 70% 60% 50% 23℃ 環(huán)境溫度(℃) Ambient Temperature(℃) 額 定 值 百 分 比 P e r c e n t R a tin g 4) 耐濕熱 Withstand humidity heat 溫度 43±3℃,相對濕度 90%±2%,放置 48 小時后,滿足耐壓要求，絕緣電阻 >100MΩ(DC 500V)。 The temperature is 43±3℃, the relative humidify is 90%±2% and after putting 48 hours, it shall be satisfied the requirements of withstand voltage, the insulated resistor is >100MΩ (DC 500V). 85) 灼熱絲試驗（針焰試驗）Scorching hot wire test (needle-type flame test) 750℃，不起燃，或起燃小于 2 秒; 850℃，在 30 秒內(nèi)熄滅; 750℃, non-combustible, or less than 2 seconds of ignition; 850 ° C, extinguished in 30 seconds;  6) 耐漏電起痕 Withstand leakage scar 在 175VAC 下，用 A 溶液測試 50 滴，不應(yīng)起火或泄漏電流≥0.5A 持續(xù) 2S。 Under 175VAC，it will be tested 50 drops using solution A，and shall not catch a fire or leakage current is more than 0.5 A and last 2 seconds  7) 阻燃 Anti-combustion 外殼阻燃等級為 VO 級（離焰后持燃時間小于 30 秒）。 The class of shell anti-combustion is V0 class (the flame duration is less than 30 seconds after leaving the flame)
